 The City of Milford strives to uphold the public's right to access government records.  The Texas Government Code, Chapter 552 provides the right for you to request government information. Requests for public information must be written and submitted to the City of Milford.  The written request must include enough information and detail about the information requested to enable the governmental body to accurately identify and locate the items requested. To ensure proper processing, include a way to contact you.

It is the goal of the City of Milford to respond to information requests in a transparent and timely manner in accordance with the Public Information Act (PIA).
