                                                                              NOTICE FROM THE MILFORD MUNICIPAL COURT 

The City of Milford Municipal Court will be closed to the public for in-person services until further notice. All trials and hearings are rescheduled for a later date. Persons with scheduled trials or hearings will be notified by mail with a new date and time.

Defendants are encouraged to resolve their citation(s) using the following methods:

  • Online: Visit texasonlinerecords.com to make payments.
  • Mail: Send payments (cashiers check or money orders), court date requests or documentation to:

Municipal Court has canceled  ALL upcoming court dockets. Notices will be mailed out when a new hearing is set.

Jurisdiction & Functions
The Municipal Court has jurisdiction over Class C misdemeanors issued by City Police Officers, Code Enforcement Officers, Animal Control Officers, and the Fire Marshal. 


Responsibilities
The Court Clerk's Office is responsible for processing the clerical work of the Municipal Court, setting trial dockets, collecting court fines and fees, maintaining court records, and performing administrative duties delegated by the Municipal Court Judge.
